What is Space Tech and how does it work?

Space Tech connects clients with verified interior designers and companies. Clients post projects, designers bid, and the client chooses the one they like best.

Who can use the app — is it only for UAE residents?

Anyone can use Space Tech, no matter where they live.

Do I need to sign a contract with Space Tech?

No. Your agreement is directly with the company or freelancer you hire.

Is the app free to download and use?

Yes. It’s free for clients. Designers only pay a small fee to bid on projects.

How do you verify the companies/freelancers?

We check trade licenses, IDs, and business details before approving any profile.

What is the Business Analytics feature? _(For Companies)_

Business Analytics shows you how many people viewed your profile, interacted with your portfolio, and engaged with your offers — so you can track and improve your reach.

What is the Project Updates feature? _(For Clients & Companies)_

Project Updates keep everyone on the same page. Designers update the project status — from start to completion — so clients can follow progress in real time.

Who updates the project status?

The designer or company hired for the job is responsible for keeping the status updated until completion.


3. FOR CLIENTS

How do I post a project/tender?

Create an account, tap “Post Project,” fill in the details, and submit.

Can I edit or delete my project after posting?

Yes, you can edit or remove your project from your profile at any time.

How do I choose the right company or freelancer?

Check their profile, reviews, and portfolio before making your choice.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the work?

Discuss it with your designer first. If needed, contact our support team for guidance.


4. FOR INTERIOR DESIGN COMPANIES/FREELANCERS

How do I register my company or profile?

Sign up, upload your trade license or ID, and complete your profile details.

What is the “pay-to-bid” system?

You pay a small fee (50 AED) to unlock client details and submit your offer.

How much does it cost to unlock a project’s client details?

50 AED per project.

What happens after my offer is accepted?

You contact the client directly to start the work.

Can I contact the client before paying the bidding fee?

No. Client details are only shared after payment.


5. PAYMENTS & SECURITY

How do payments work between clients and companies?

Payments are arranged directly between you and the designer. Space Tech does not handle project funds.

Does Space Tech take a commission?

No. We only charge designers a bidding fee.

What payment methods are supported?

That depends on the agreement between the client and designer.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use secure payment gateways for all bidding transactions.

What happens if a project is cancelled?

Project payments are handled between the client and designer. The bidding fee is non-refundable.
